Adults and agreement
OURO is offered to adults aged 18 and older. By explicitly confirming the agreement before your first request, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy notice. Do not use the service if you do not agree. No agreement removes protections that applicable law gives you.
The experience
OURO provides AI-generated tarot for entertainment and personal reflection. You bring a question; the AI offers three angles, you choose one for a three-card spread, and the AI interprets the cards actually drawn. Order and upright/reversed orientation are assigned before selection. The AI does not choose or reroll your cards.
Questions and uncertainty
You may ask about relationships, reconciliation, work, decisions and possible future directions. Readings explore symbolism and possibilities. They are not factual forecasts or evidence about anyone’s thoughts, feelings, fidelity or actions. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. No specific outcome, accuracy level, future event or personal benefit is promised. Consider real-world information and exercise your own judgment.
Professional matters and emergencies
OURO is not a healthcare provider, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser or emergency service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, legal determinations, investment recommendations or emergency assistance. Do not substitute a reading for qualified professional advice or urgent help. Topic-specific limits may appear without excluding ordinary reflection on a concern.
Price and included scope
The first two completed full readings are free. The third and each later reading costs US $2.99 as a one-time purchase, without a subscription or automatic renewal. A full reading includes one chosen question, three primary cards, up to one clarifier per card, two follow-up questions after the final synthesis. An interrupted or abandoned free reading does not use a free allowance. Question framing and AI usage have abuse limits. The included scope and price are shown before payment.
Saved access and interruptions
Your initial access depends on a browser session. Refresh preserves saved state, but clearing cookies or changing browsers before linking an email can remove your access. Optional verified email links can restore saved readings on another device; no email is required for the first two readings or payment. Checkout offers an expiring purchase return link, which does not itself open a verified account. Interrupted responses can be retried using the same cards within response limits. Contact support for an undelivered paid reading or payment error; the Refund policy applies.
Lawful use
Do not use the service to harass, stalk, threaten, defame, exploit or harm anyone, infringe others’ rights, submit unlawfully obtained data, bypass access controls or automate abusive requests. Access may be limited to protect users and the service. Do not present a generated reading as verified evidence about another person.
Your content and generated material
You retain any rights you hold in submitted material and authorize its processing as described in the Privacy notice to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to submit it. You may save and share your own reading subject to others’ rights. AI output may not be unique or copyrightable; we do not promise exclusive rights in raw AI-generated text or imagery.
Limitations and consumer rights
To the extent applicable law permits, the service is provided without a promise of error-free operation or a particular personal outcome. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse unlawful conduct, waive mandatory consumer rights or override remedies the law provides. Disclosures do not guarantee that harm or liability cannot occur.
