One-time purchases
A paid full reading costs US $2.99. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or paid free-trial conversion. Check the included scope and price before buying.
Duplicate charges and undelivered readings
Contact support with your Stripe payment reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate, restore access where possible, and refund confirmed duplicate charges or a paid reading we cannot deliver. Do not send full card numbers.
Safety interruptions
If a safety boundary stops an active paid reading before completion, its access is returned once as a replacement reading credit to the same reading account. No payment is required to use that credit. A stopped free reading does not use a free allowance. The stopped reading cannot restart. This is not an automatic cash refund and does not limit your refund rights; contact support if you prefer a refund for an undelivered paid reading. A temporary checking outage preserves the reading and its cards for retry.
Other requests
Contact support for review of other payment issues. No particular answer or real-world outcome is promised; an unwanted interpretation alone does not mean a reading was not delivered. Applicable cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected, including rights that cannot be waived.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment processor and payment method when possible. Your bank or payment provider controls when funds appear. This version uses a manual support process and does not claim automatic refunds.
